Mabella Chic Returns as Established Designer with Big Plans for 2013

Mabel Cortez of Mabella Chic debuted at PHXFW in 2011 as an Emerging Designer. She created this clothing line to inspire women to feel confident and walk with a purpose by expressing whom they really are. At fashion week on Thursday, October 4th 2012, she showed her collection officially as an Established Designer, where guests took in a line designed for women that are constantly on the go and enjoy the social life. The bright vibrant colors and fun fabrics are meant to make a woman feel good and sexy.“Being an emerging designer for Phoenix Fashion week in 2011 and returning as an established designer for the 8th year means Mabella Chic brand is here to stay!”

Since PHXFW, Mabel was happily flooded with positive feedback from her show, as well as boutiques interested in carrying her line. She has also continued to involve her brand in numerous local charitable events leading into the holidays, including the recent Haute Habits Trend Mixer, benefiting the Severson Sisters anti-bullying organization. With the new year nearly here, Mabel has taken time to reflect on her company goals, as well as where she sees her brand moving towards in the coming years. “The growth of Mabella Chic is continuously moving towards the right direction, as it is important for goals to change as needed especially in the fashion world. In the next 5 years, I see Mabella Chic in boutiques throughout the U.S, making it available for the public, as well as having our own production house,” Mabel said.
