The Clash of Icons

Talk about two iconic people coming together on the big screen…I’m talking about Tom Ford and James Bond. The character of James Bond will once again be dressed to impress in outfits provided by Tom Ford. This will be the second time that Mr. Ford takes on this task. He dressed Daniel Craig, who plays James Bond, during the film Quantum of Solace. According to Yahoo News, not only will he be providing suits made in Italy, he will also be in charge of the accessories and eye-wear“James Bond epitomizes the Tom Ford man in his elegance, style and love of luxury. I am thrilled to move forward with this iconic character,” said Ford. The movie should be coming out sometime in 2012 and will once again demonstrate how powerful it is when Tom Ford’s designs meet James Bond’s swag.
While Mr. Ford is definitely not the first designer to lend his talent to the big screen with some trend setting styles, he is someone who has experience with the craft of designing looks with a sense of the debonair. I, for one, am ready to see just what Tom Ford brings out this time to stun fans. I realize that people aren’t necessarily going to watch the new movie Skyfall to see what Daniel Craig will be wearing, but nonetheless, I am sure that female fans will not be disappointed. One thing that most women find attractive, is a man that can rock a suit. This is one of Tom Ford’s talents, and it provides just the right look. From Casino Royale, Vesper Lynd once told James Bond that “there are dinner jackets and dinner jackets; this is the latter. And I need you looking like a man who belongs at that table.”( Pairing with Tom Ford no one will ever wonder which table James Bond belongs at.

I think you are totally right! This combination is beyond perfect, I cannot wait to see the final product. And yes, everyone loves a guy who can rock a suit and he is definitely one of them!
